Godly Play Core Training for Storytellers & Doorpersons

Fall 2019 in Halifax!   October & November

There are a lot of things you can learn from a book or a lecture, but Godly Play is best learned from the inside out.

At a Godly Play Core Training participants
· experience and learn about the different kinds of Godly Play stories;
· tell a story by heart and receive supportive feedback;
· learn the fundamentals of setting up your own Godly Play space and program.

Training is offered by accredited trainers from Godly Play Maritimes and includes three key plenary sessions and stories from each of the Godly Play genres:

The Training will be hosted at First Baptist, 1300 Oxford St., Halifax, NS

Certificate is awarded upon completion of both weekends. Modules may be attended in any order, over time and location. However full registration is due in advance of commencement of program.

Refresher for Godly Play Storytellers and Doorpersons – Godly Play Storytellers and Doorpersons are invited to attend the Core Training as a refresher.  Join with a new cohort of storytellers and share your experiences and refresh your skills. Cost: $90 per weekend includes lunch and snacks. Complete registration form for Core Training and note in comments to the registrar that you are attending training module(s) as a refresher and the date you originally completed Core Training.Please contact the Godly Play Maritimes
